Good day everyone! My entry for this week’s food meme is “Valentine’s Day Dinner” that I prepared last Sunday. My menu was just a simple but everyone enjoyed it! We had rice cracker with cream cheese to begin with and the menu was garlic bread, Shwarties hash browns, smoked chicken and bake it, and strawberry cheesecake for dessert.

The presentation of the cheesecake is stunning. I can only decorate like that if you don’t have to eat the food…lol. DH is not fond of fresh fruit on any dessert. He always say not to add anything good food to yummy food.
