Last Saturday we were invited to a birthday party so I made a dessert called Mango Float. It’s my first time to make it. I’ve searched the recipe on the internet but they have different ingredients so I made up my own but I still got the idea from the internet though.
I used BluSkies Rich and Creamy Cracker similar to Sky Flakes. Anyway below is the ingredients base on what I made. See the pictures!
BluSkies Rich and Creamy Cracker
6 small Mangos
1 can Condensed milk
2 cans nestle cream
½ tsp vanilla
Prepare baking pan
Slice the mangoes into small slices.
Mix the cream and condensed milk.
Put a layer of soda crackers at the bottom of your baking pan.
Put a layer of mango slices.
Spread a layer of the cream
Repeat it for 3 times
Put it in the freezer or refrigerator.

great tasting siguro. we usually call this mango pavlova and we use oatmeal cookies coz we don’t have graham cookies, skyflakes, blueskies and the like. we also do not make this often coz the cream here is so limited unlike in phils. it’s good to have your own version of it though.
