epson lcd projectors

Technology has come a long way from when I was in my youth and I used to carry a cassette walkman player.  I couldn’t even have imagined what we now have today.  I don’t think that laptop computers had even been conceived in the mind of Bill Gates or Steve Jobs.

But it’s been so neat to watch as technology has grown and developed since then.  For example, another ancient technology used to be found in our school classrooms that are now replaced by the amazing new epson lcd projectors. We really have to keep up with the technology these days. But then again we don’t have to get it if we don’t need it.

body stocking

Friday, August 19th, 2011

I have few pieces of lingerie that I’ve worn on a different occasions.  I’ve always felt that these are meant for special occasions like a wedding night.  It’s obviously something that tends to make men go wild, so perhaps it is wise to keep it that way.

However, I’m sure there are husbands and wives out there that are even more amorous and like the excitement of more risqué lingerie.  For example, can you imagine how a body stocking might spice up a marriage?  I don’t really take notice of these things usually, but I just had to pause when I saw these.

home appliances

Monday, August 1st, 2011

We have all kinds of small appliances that are either lying around unused… or that we depend on a great deal.  Part of the blame is mine, as I used to love to buy ‘any and every’ baking or cooking gadget that I could find.  My husband also likes to get his hands on new and interesting gadgets as I’ve described here before.  The result is that we have a kitchen and a garage full of various small appliances.

My husband used to rib me for buying so many different kitchen gadgets too.  Ironic, considering he was just as passionate about his different tools and gadgets.  For example, while I might be buying a cake and pastry former, he would be ordering a gadget that pulls dandelions.

It came down the ridiculous before we realized that we were wasting a lot of money – and space – on things that we really didn’t need.  However, there are still some home appliances that we couldn’t imagine living without.

One of those appliances that I just couldn’t bear to live without would be our rice cooker.  You might not understand the reason for this if you grew up in a North American household where Mom usually just cooked rice in a pot on the stove.  But when you go through as much rice as we do, then you might begin to understand the necessity of this appliance.

When we were first starting out together, we used to have to get our home appliances from the local hardware store or sometimes even the TV.  But of course, now, it’s easy to buy stuff online.  There are surprising items that you wouldn’t even have discovered on your own just a few short years ago that you can easily get from places like this.

My breakfast today

Monday, August 1st, 2011

I just got home from work a while ago and now I’m down here in the basement trying to finish up some tasks. I just made some oatmeal and added some slices of sausage. It looks healthy to me actually and tasted yummy. Anyway today is also a holiday but no holiday for me since I’m working tonight.
