Birthday Party

In my previous Food Friday and Food Trip Friday entries I mentioned that we were invited for a birthday party. I am now going to share the food that we had that party. I’m warning you there’s a lot of food so I’m sure you will be drooling by just looking at the food esp. if you are hungry right now…lol.. Enjoy and have a great weekend my friends!

Turkey Loaf

Sliced Turkey

Ingredients:
2 lbs Ground Turkey
2 large eggs
3/4 sour cream
Finely chopped celery
Finely chopped onion
Frozen peas, thawed
Salt & pepper
Fine dry bread crumbs

Mix all ingredients in a bowl except the ground turkey. After mixing the 9 ingredients add the the ground turkey. Mix well. Pack into greased loaf pan. Bake in 350F oven for 1 hour or so until it’s cook. Slice it and serve. (You can use ground chicken as well)
