Day40/365

I have been buying chocolate pudding for cake recipe but I didn’t get any chance to make it. I’m so busy at work and so tired when I get home. Anyway hubby got into it and he made some chocolate pudding. My daughter loves it and so is hubby! Now hubby has been buying chocolate pudding powder.

Hello ladies! It’s time to show off our food photos. This week I’m sharing the foods that I prepared last February 15. It was a holiday here in Ontario for Family day. We went to the Westend recreation Centre in the morning for skating. Hubby took my daughter for skate. RBC sponsored the free skating that day. Anyway we had dinner at home and of course prepared by me. We had simple menu with following: Garlic and herbs chicken baked in the oven, garlic bread-family’s favorite, mango salad, rice, cinnabun.
Half Chicken
Garlic,
Herbs that you like
Salt and pepper
Just dump everything on the chicken and bake for 1 hour.
Mango Salad
Mango
Lettuce
Tomato
Cheddar cheese
Dressing
Cinnabun
I found cinnabun readymade at the grocery store. Just open up the readymade dough and arrange them into baking pan and then the oven. Follow instructions and you can’t go wrong.
Note: Sorry I don’t have proper measurements. I don’t usually measure when I cook. I just use my own judgment.

Good day everyone! My entry for this week’s food meme is “Valentine’s Day Dinner” that I prepared last Sunday. My menu was just a simple but everyone enjoyed it! We had rice cracker with cream cheese to begin with and the menu was garlic bread, Shwarties hash browns, smoked chicken and bake it, and strawberry cheesecake for dessert.
