Mixing the ingredients!

Cheesecake is ready for the oven!

This is how I did it with the glaze!

This is the finished Strawberry Cheesecake!!!
3 pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup sour cream
1 large pkg. strawberries, stems removed
1 1/2 Graham cracker
1 pkg. strawberry glaze
Directions:
Mix cream cheese , sugar and vanilla at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, mix until blended. Pour into crust.Bake at 350 F at 40 minutes until center is almost set.. Cool and refrigerate overnight or 3-5 hours. Open the strawberry glaze and follow the instructions. Coat the strawberries with the mix glazed and arrange them into the cheesecake.
Our Valentine’s Day Dinner
Friday, February 19th, 2010Good day everyone! My entry for this week’s food meme is “Valentine’s Day Dinner” that I prepared last Sunday. My menu was just a simple but everyone enjoyed it! We had rice cracker with cream cheese to begin with and the menu was garlic bread, Shwarties hash browns, smoked chicken and bake it, and strawberry cheesecake for dessert.






Strawberry Cheesecake







Strawberry Cheesecake
3 (8oz) pkgs. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
½ cup sugar
½ tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
½ cup sour cream
3 cups whole strawberries
2 cups graham cracker
6 tbsp. sugar
6 tbsp. butter
Crust: Mix crumbs and butter. Press onto bottom of your springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
Filling: Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, mix until blended. Pour into crust. Bake at 350 F 40 minutes until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Spread sour cream over cheesecake. Top with strawberries!
