Archive: ‘Muffin Tin Monday’
This week’s theme for Muffin Tin Monday is “colors of the rainbow” and yellow for Mellow Yellow Monday. Well I guess that’s easy! Here’s our rainbow dinner tonight and it’s perfect for the theme if I would say so.
The three muffins tin is for my 7 months baby: Brown rice cereal, puree carrot, purees strawberry.
The other three tin is for my 5 yrs. old daughter: Grilled chicken breast cut up, strawberries, green grapes, and a cup of milk.
For adults we had stuffed peppers. We had green, yellow, orange and red peppers stuffed with hashed brown potatoes mixed with corn, mushroom soup, cheddar cheese and chives. I have recipe somewhere in my blog. Please let me know if you are interested. I will post the rest of the photos this Thursday. Oh! Yah we had also chicken breast that I grilled on the BBQ.I just hope that I don’t need glucomannan because I’ve been eating a lot these days. Breastfeeding just makes me eat and eat you know plus every time I see some interesting recipe especially on food meme I had to make it. Well I hope you enjoyed my entry. Have a blessed Monday everyone!
Hello everyone! I have been enjoying the 2010 winter Olympics and so far Canadian has 5 gold medals. Tonight was Super Sunday the Canadian hockey team lost over USA. Anyway here’s what I’ve come up for color series “Orange” These are the only color orange that’s available here in my house. I hope that will do. Happy and Blessed Monday everyone!
It’s time to post another entry for Muffin Tin Monday. Since I started doing this my daughter loves it and keeps asking me “I want the muffin food”( smile) even if we have to go to bed! lol. Of course I’m in-charge so it’s time for bed. (smile) Anyway my entry for this week as the theme “color series of red” It happens that it’s Valentine’s Day so I have prepared the food for the occasion. In my daughter’s tin and her friend I put strawberries, Schwarties Hash Browns, heart gummies, maple lodge smoked chicken in heart shapes. I used a cookie cutter for that! And milk for a drink.
