Aside from Strawberries Pineapple is another favorite fruit of mine. This fruit is very popular around the world and it’s also available year-round. It has exquisite flavor and aroma that’s why it makes a welcome addition to any cook’s table. I just used it recently for my Chicken macaroni salad. Anyway as you can see its yellow color and its perfect entry for my Mellow Yellow Monday!
